I had a question regarding the use of Botox for migraines and its general applications. Additionally, are cosmetic procedures such as lip fillers, facial fillers, and microneedling permissible, especially in cases where there is no medical necessity?
Botox® is one of the most widely known brands of botulinum toxin injections. Botulinum toxins are neurotoxins that affect nerves and cause muscle weakening. A person might get a botulinum toxin injection for cosmetic or medical reasons. Healthcare providers inject small amounts of Botox into specific muscles to smooth wrinkles, prevent headaches, and treat a wide range of other health conditions.[1]
These products may have the following uses:[2]
Such products are fine for medical reasons and for the cosmetic purpose of restoring what is considered unnatural to its natural state. However, they are not permissible for simply beatification, as it constitutes taghyīr khalq Allah ﷻ (changing the creation of Allah ﷻ).[3]
If anyone intends on pursuing any of these products for the above-mentioned valid reasons, they should be cautious regarding the ingredients used in the injections, as some injections may contain animal products.[4]

[والمستوشمة] أي التي يفعل ذلك بها وإنما عنه لأنه من الفساق والجهال ولأنه تغيير خلق الله ... وفي تعليق القراء إنه يزال الوشم بالعلاج فإن لم يكن إلا بالجراح لا يجرح ولا إثم عليه بعد التوبة

والنهي عن الوشر والوشم لما فيهما من تغيير خلق الله ذكره القاضي وغيره من الشراح

قوله [المغيرات خلق الله] وفيه تصريح بأن الوصل والوشم والنمص وغيرها من جملة تغيير خلق الله الذي يفعله الإنسان بإغواء الشيطان ... وقال القرطبي في تفسيره: ثم قيل هذا المنهي عنه إنما هو فيما يكون باقيا لأنه من باب تغيير خلق الله تعالى. فأما ما لا يكون باقيا كالكحل والتزين به للنساء، فقد أجازه العلماء، مالك وغيره، وكرهه مالك للرجال وأجاز مالك أيضا أن تشي المرأة يديها بالحناء
والحاصل: أن كل ما يفعل في الجسم من زيادة أو نقص من أجل الزينة بما يجعل الزيادة أو النقصان مستمرا مع الجسم، وبما يبدو منه أنه كان في أصل الخلقة هكذا فأنه تلبيس وتغيير منهي عنه. وأما ما تزينت به المرأة لزوجها من تحمير الأيدي، أو الشفاه أو العارضين بما لا يلتبس بأصل الخلقة، فإنه ليس داخلا في النهي عند جمهور العلماء. وأما قطع الإصبع الزائدة ونحوها فأنه ليس تغييرا لخلق الله، وإنه من قبيل إزالة عيب أو مرض، فأجازه أكثر العلماء خلافا لبعضهم.
